This is APC's SURT (RT stand for Rack or Tower) UPS offering which has models from 3KVA to 20KVA. It can be used either in a standard rack, or oriented on its side to stand near a desk. The front control panel detaches and rotates 90 so that remains oriented correctly.

The UPS is an online topology unit that generates pure sine wave output. This is preferable to the line interactive and modified wave output units that are cheaper technologies, but have inherent weaknesses. From the APC sales literature for this model line:

supply (UPS). The UPS provides protection for electronic equipment from utility power blackouts,
brownouts, sags, and surges and small utility fluctuations and large disturbances. The UPS also
provides battery backup power for connected equipment until utility power returns to safe levels or
the batteries are fully discharged.

The units are second user and will have cosmetic signs of previous use. We professionally refurbish including paint touch up or complete respray. The grading is A-Grade which we class as as good as you can get without having new.
