Extremely fast shipping and very well packaged as usual. And the labels to quickly see when they were purchases/installed, fantastic attention to detail. Can't recommend enough!

Accurately described, delivered next working day, and even shipped with 100% charge. The additional cables were a welcome addition and of high-quality. 10/10 would buy again, especially coming with 12 RTB warranty.Purchased with a compatible network card, and they went so far as to install the unit before delivery. Great experience, and email responses were very informative when I ran into a couple issues getting it set up (really didn’t have to provide the insight that they did!)

Highly recommended!I know ups trader uk for many years and I was finally ready to make my purchase.
15 minutes before office hour I did my purchase.
5 minutes before office hours I received the tracking number.
An hour later I got email the item was not in stock anymore.
They offered me a more powerful product then purchased for free, I accepted that.
Later that day it was shipped and next day delivered over sees.
I had to pay import duties like expected and I paid it online. I like the speed and product of ups trader uk.
Very fast reaction, shipping, good product and I saved many money by buying it second hand.
Highly recommended, all ok!

Outstanding Customer Service, knowledgeable staff provided excellent technical advice with emails replied to very quickly. I won't hesitate to use ups-trader the next time I need some kit.
Completely Unprofessional and Scammy Company
Since my last review the customer service rep has been hounding me over email for the past few days about my review. It was an honest review with many learnings but instead the customer service rep has been very childish and unprofessional telling me that "Karma will do its work" he then continued to bait me until I responded with "How old are you 5? Kindly grow the f**k up, take the negative feedback and improve yourself and your business and learn some professionalism" at which point the CS rep threatens that he will modify my review. Once I asked for my concerns around his behavior to be escaladed he refused to provide me with contact details. Avoid this company at all cost.As a side note this comment will likely get deleted as all the previous negative reviews on this site have been wiped since my last visit and replaced with only 5 star reviews. Just another red flag for this company and their tactics.
Not a great experience
Placed an order for next day delivery delivery to NI. The courier held it at their facility for about a week before returning it back to the sender only once I got in contact to try and see what was taking it so long. It was rescheduled with another courier which then asked me to pay customs which were not required. I again had to get in contact to resolve this. Then the package got re-shipped from IE to NI as it was sent to the wrong place and again had to get in contact because they kept sending it out for delivery and returning it back to the base facility. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not purchase from here again in the future.
