The idea is that information that we provide to one customer may well help future customers and having the information publicly available provides a resource for all.


 

The hope is to build a searchable resource of knowledge surrounding UPS and their use, that is not restricted so much by the corporate information firewall that large companies suffer from. This will be mostly us responding to queries and questions, but we welcome other input provided you are happy to give it and fairly sure it is accurate. We'll be providing suggestions for UPS models to fit a certain installation / requirement, giving diagnosis tips + tricks, and giving visibility to our warranty case handling.

Registration to post is easy, you just need your email and to choose a password - or log in.
