We offer a firmware flash service for these cards. You dont need this and its not hard to update the firmware yourself, but we do have customers request it from time to time:

The AP9619 network interface card simply inserts into any UPS with an available smartslot (rectangular opening on the rear) and provides remote configuration and monitoring capabilities. It also enables the safe shutdown of more than one server from a single UPS.

This card has had its internal configuration reset so that it will find an IP address on your network using BOOTP then DHCP in that order. We can also pre-allocate your nominated IP address free of charge. Simply send us an email after purchase with the below information:
