I need to name of a good company that can repair an APC UPS, based in sout west London, Surrey or Hamphire.

I have an APC 8K UPS unit, and it’s has developed a fault. Event Code 154 – Internal Comm Fault. The unit can turn on, but I’m not able to turn the unit off. The batteries are fine. The unit is just less than 1 year old.

The unit’s details are as listed below.
Model Number: SRT8KRMXLI Smart UPS SRT 8000
Event Code 154 – Internal Comm Fault.
Any information would be appreicated.

Hi

If its less than 1 year old you should be contacting APC the MFR) as these come with warranty from them.
We dont offer a repair service.
