Been ordering Batteries and bought UPS’s from UPS Trader for years now. Great communication and great prices too. Batteries are decent recently bought new batteries for one of my UPS as batteries needing replacing. Batteries last 4 to 5 years. Fast delivery. Both of the UPS’s I am using on the VDN network for my business. Will continue buying from UPS Trader and recommend to clients and family.

The quality of customer service can only be truly judged when things go wrong. They went a bit wrong, I received the wrong item, within minutes I was offered a number of potential options, I chose return and replacement which was organised rapidly and I now have what I wanted which was exactly as described. Excellent experience - mistakes happen and they put everything right. I expect to use UPS Trader again - I just don't buy UPS units very often!

Another great purchase from UPS Trader. High quality cells, attached to each other like the original pack from APC to make install nice and easy. Extremely fast shipping and very well packaged as usual. And the labels to quickly see when they were purchases/installed, fantastic attention to detail. Can't recommend enough!

Accurately described, delivered next working day, and even shipped with 100% charge. The additional cables were a welcome addition and of high-quality. 10/10 would buy again, especially coming with 12 RTB warranty.Purchased with a compatible network card, and they went so far as to install the unit before delivery. Great experience, and email responses were very informative when I ran into a couple issues getting it set up (really didn’t have to provide the insight that they did!)

15 minutes before office hour I did my purchase.
5 minutes before office hours I received the tracking number.
An hour later I got email the item was not in stock anymore.
They offered me a more powerful product then purchased for free, I accepted that.
Later that day it was shipped and next day delivered over sees.
I had to pay import duties like expected and I paid it online. I like the speed and product of ups trader uk.
Very fast reaction, shipping, good product and I saved many money by buying it second hand.

Exceptional customer service
The prices are good and the delivery fast, but what's really unusual is the level of customer service. I had a number of technical problems, probably due to my own incompetence, and they sent me replacements not once but twice. They also responded quickly to all messages. Highly recommended
