RBC23 Battery pack rebuild kit.

4x brand new 7AH cells, pre taped for easy installation

We send you the pre-taped cells for you to rebuild your existing tray. This takes around 20 minutes. Prise the old cells up to break the adhesive tape underneath. Loosen all cells so that you have something to lever against before removing any. We use blunt chisels or large flat head screwdrivers.

Using 7AH cells rather than 9AH makes it cheaper to rebuild the pack, at the cost of reducing the UPS total run-time under load.

The batteries are securely stuck with 3M VHB double sided foam tapes.
