Cell kit to rebuild 1x R3000XR cellpack.

This is compatible both with 204503-001 and 407407-001

We include enough tape to stick the cells back in your existing tray. The kit comprises 10x cells.

Rebuilding your pack is a medium difficulty job that can be completed with basic tools within an hour.

You need to rebuild your existing pack with the new cells, but fortunately this is relatively simple, and saves you a LOT of money as this is a very rare pack.

1/ Remove cells from UPS.
2/ Open the plastic shell.
3/ Remove the leads from the fist and last cells in each row.
4/ Remove inter cell links. SAVE THESE. A flat head screwdriver and small taps is the easiest way to do this.
5/ Prize old cells out.
6/ Insert new cells, stick down if you wish.
7/ Apply inter cell links down each side.
8/ Connect wires to the first and last cell on each side.
9/ Shut case and re-seal.
