Designed for use in cyclic, high power discharge applications. Examples mobility scooters, golf caddies, cell stores for Solar power systems, torches etc. They have also been used on track cars as a light weight cell. It was tested to start a BMW e46 M3 20 times in a row, from cold and when hot. People who have bought them for use on their cars have sent us photos - included on this advert. It is a fully sealed AGM (absorptive glass mat) cell. This is a more modern design that replaces the wet/flooded cell design and is a safety improvement. The cell is fully sealed, and can be used in any orientation, though if you have a choice then siting with the terminals on top makes the most sense. If the case is compromised nothing will leak out
