Built with Brand new batteries. We assemble into the pack as seen in the photographs and then test.

The battery is ready to be installed immediately on delivery.

We use banding when shipping to securely bind the cells together. Its OK to either remove the banding, or leave it on.

The batteries are securely stuck with 3M VHB double sided foam tapes - these bands are just for extra strength while shipping.
