We reset these cards to manufacturer default and then set either your nominated IP address or if you dont give us one an address that we can test with our network. We let you know the IP address the card is set to. You can then configure (and change the address) using the management interface.

Strange pin out for the config cable. 

Female DB9 one end and RJ47 on the other.
DB9 pin order is top when the top row has 5 pins from 1 to 5 STARTING ON THE RIGHT
RJ45 pin order is when holding 'upside down' with the retaining tab below, and looking at the copper contactors, Pin one on the left.

DB9 Pin   Goes to    RJ45
1 - 7
2 - 5
3 - 4
4 - 2 and 3 (correct)
5 - 6
6 - 7
7 - 8
8 - 1
9 - no connection

notes Dsub 4 goes to two RJ45 pins (2 & 3)

Dsub pins 1 and 6 both go to RJ45 pin 7

I hope someone leaves a funny review in thanks for this pin out. I dont think it exists anywhere else on the internet.
