This is for use with the J731n 5600W 4U UPS (that we also sell). It increases the runtime of the UPS (roughly doubling it) and connects via a cable at the rear of the EBM into the UPS. This cable is attached to the EBM and this is a good thing as it cannot be lost.
Unfortunately the fronts do come off, and have all been lost. We are selling without the front fascia, which is cosmetic only and does not effect use or performance. Occasionally one comes in or we can source one - inquire before ordering and if we have one we can quote.
We rebuild the units with new cells before shipping out. They are heavy.
