We use UK next working day services with expected delivery between 8:00 and 18:00. If your parcel is going overseas or remote locations, delivery will take longer. The couriers do not deliver at the weekend so Friday's dispatches should be expected on Monday. If the item is heavy, the driver will be grateful of a hand unloading it.
We include the tracking numbers in this email when we can.

TNT's online tracking is currently unreliable.
The deliveries are unaffected and TNT can track internally using their EOPS system. Often the items are delivered before the first entry on the online tracking.
International orders
Our courier will contact you to clear customs before delivery. They may email, call or send an invoice to you depending on the delivery country. This is normally VAT at your countries rate, plus a clearance fee. They collect payment from the customer and remit to that countries Tax authority. It is important to respond to & pay these swiftly. If they are not paid after a time frame (which varies depending on counrty) the parcel can be returned to us. If you have a better email for contact, send that to us and we will pass on to the courier.

Vat Invoices: When possible, a PDF invoice will be attached to this email. They can also be downloaded from the "My Orders" section of the website when you are logged in. We can send a copy by email.
